Shortlist for industry’s top young marketers and innovators unveiled: Propel and Think Hospitality have unveiled the shortlist for the Restaurant Marketer & Innovator Rising Stars for 2025. They will be honoured at a presentation night on Monday, 19 January at Fulham Pier, hosted by Sodexo Live. The Rising Stars programme recognises talented future leaders under 30 in marketing, innovation and strategy roles. Judges look for creativity, confidence, commercial awareness, ability to collaborate, leadership skills and perseverance. They also look for experience in senior stakeholder management, understanding of how to develop strategy, ability to self-reflect and clear potential to be an industry leader of the future.
